  19.       and removes the 68040dummy.library lib from memory
  20.     or
  21.     Checks for 68060.library,
  22.       if installed loads it
  23.       and keeps the 68040dummy.library lib in memory as a 68040.library gateway
  24.       which returns the 68060 base on a LIB_Open.

  26.     68040old.library should be the renamed 37.30 CBM 68040.library
  27.     68040new.library should be the renamed Phase5 68040.library needed
  28.     for the ppc.library, CyberPatcher and other tools
